• Orders placed before 2PM will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
• Orders may be shipped on weekends and public holidays depending on courier availability.

All local deliveries are fulfilled via tracked shipping services to ensure reliability and transparency.

Please note:

• Shipping is currently available within Singapore only.
• Once an order has been handed over to the courier, Aori TCG is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss during transit.
• In the event of a lost parcel, claims will be subject to the courier’s insurance policy, and any compensation will follow their stated limits.
