By accessing or purchasing from Aori TCG, you agree to the following terms:

1. Final Sales

All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges unless:

• An incorrect item was sent, or
• The product is verified to be defective upon arrival

For delivery-related issues, we will assist in submitting claims with the courier where applicable.

2. Product Disclaimer

• All trading card products (including booster packs, boxes, and sealed items) are randomised by the manufacturer.
• We do not guarantee specific card pulls, rarity, or contents.
• Products are sold as-is and are not eligible for refund or exchange based on pack outcomes.

3. Product Integrity

• All sealed products are sold in their original condition as received from suppliers.
• Minor packaging imperfections (e.g. shrink wrap looseness, box dents) may occur and are not considered defects unless the product is clearly tampered with. We take great care in packaging all orders securely using protective materials to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.

4. Product Representation

Product images and descriptions are for reference only. Actual items may vary slightly due to lighting, print variations, or manufacturer differences.

5. Pricing & Availability

Prices, product availability, and promotions are subject to change without prior notice, as is the volatility of the Japanese and English markets for Pokemon products.

6. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

Aori TCG reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

• Pricing errors
• Stock unavailability
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity

7. Limitation of Liability

Aori TCG shall not be held liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Courier-related delays, damages, or losses after dispatch.
